Who are the pipers who play downtown? At any given time there may be several of us on a roster sharing the 'piper's corner' by making up an informal schedule. Each piper has their own very unique repertoire and style of play.
*So what exactly is busking anyhow? Check out this article on wikipedia. The City of Victoria has a very thoughtful and reasonable bylaw for street entertainers and a special paragraph (para. 14 to be exact) just for us pipers! The corner of Belleville and Government St (Piper's Corner) is the only spot we're allowed to play.
